Shipping Policy Details

For any bought items requiring shipping, they will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, generally within 2 days of receipt of payment. Note that items come to us brand new direct from factory in a big box where individual items are not shrink wrapped. Items are then carefully packed with bubble wrap (when applicable) to make sure you receive your products in the best condition possible. Most USPS shipments take from 3-6 days to arrive after the item is shipped. If an item has not arrived within 10 days after payment has been made, please contact us!

Return Policy Details

Items are guaranteed to work upon receipt (non-DOA). If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that an item does not function. You are responsible for shipping charges in returning the item to us. The returned item must include all contents and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it. We will confirm that the item does not work and that all contents have been returned. At our sole discretion, we will issue a money back refund. If a refund is issued, it is only for the actual item price and does NOT include the original shipping paid by the buyer.

We record the serial numbers and digitally photograph every item that we sell. This allows us to precisely document the actual item being sold. Unfortunately, there are some scammers that purchase a working item and then try and ship back a different, non-working item for a refund. Therefore ALL sales are completely documented to reduce the risk of potential fraud.

Unfortunately, we can't accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
